Cygna Labs Group has acquired the VitalQIP business from Nokia!

The related agreements have been signed by Nokia & Cygna Labs on February 20, 2023, effective of April 1^st. 2023. The agreement includes all related intellectual properties and customer contracts as well as the entire VitalQIP team.

We ensure that Cygna Labs will undertake significant investment into further research and development of VitalQIP and want to highlight that VitalQIP will remain an independent and fully supported product line in our portfolio and will not be merged with DiamondIP.
